Recovery scams are everywhere

No legit service will ever ask for your seed phrase or an upfront fee to "recover" funds. After a loss, fake "recovery agents", "blockchain lawyers" and "hackers" flood your DMs and comments. They are the second scam.

The exchange the funds went toTrace the tx on a block explorer. If it lands at Coinbase, Binance, Kraken etc., contact their support with the tx hash and ask for a freeze. Speed matters.
